– As a professionally trained and NCC Licensed counselor, I can help you uncover your full potential as an athlete by probing and strengthening your strongest running muscle – your mind!
– Fully individualized consultations and support for the psychological side of running including, but not limited to, motivation, passion, performance anxiety, etc.

Physiological Profile:
– Provided in partnership with Fort Lewis College and the Durango Performance Center
– Individualized testing to determine VO2 Max, Lactate threshold, Pulmonary functioning (Spirometry)
